Let's celebrate summer and enjoy
time with friends and colleagues at the 2018 Staff & Faculty
BBQ. Pick up your BBQ lunch inside the Physics & Astronomy Atrium then head outside and enjoy the sunshine. Everyone is encouraged to picnic on the grass by the McIntosh Gallery so be sure to bring a blanket,
seating will also be available inside if desired.
Lunch
will only be served to those who register through the online
system by Friday,
July 20. Be sure to R.S.V.P today. Complimentary parking for all attendees will be available in the Springett Parking Lot.
Upon registering you will receive a confirmation email. This email is your lunch ticket — please print this ticket and bring it with you on July 27.
